Good to know
Glad you asked.
The ingredients, the everyday routine and what happens next. Simple questions deserve clear answers.
What is Daily Creatine?
A creatine dietary supplement in a creamy pumpkin-seed base, made with raw honey, real vanilla bean and a touch of sea salt. A daily routine with a little more flavor.
What does it taste like?
Roasted and gently sweet, with warm vanilla and a smooth, spoonable texture. Think rich pumpkin seed, golden honey and a little sea salt.
How do I take it?
Take your daily serving straight from the pouch, or add that serving to toast, yogurt, cooled oats or a freshly made smoothie. Choose one way to enjoy it and follow the finished label.
How much creatine is in it?
Our formulation is built around 5 g of creatine monohydrate in a 35 g pouch. Complete Supplement Facts and final directions will be available before ordering.
Is it vegan? What about allergies?
It contains honey, so it is not vegan. The ingredients include pumpkin seed, raw honey, creatine monohydrate, sea salt and real vanilla bean. Full ingredient and allergen information will be available before orders open.
Where does the magnesium come from?
The pumpkin seeds naturally contribute magnesium and plant protein. We will share the finished product’s measured nutrition amounts with the complete Supplement Facts before ordering.
Do I have to work out to take creatine?
Creatine is naturally present in your body and helps recycle cellular energy. Its most established benefits are for repeated, short bursts of high-intensity exercise. Research is also exploring cognition and healthy aging; individual needs and results vary.
Is it right for everyone?
This product is for adults. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, ask a qualified healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement.
Why choose this over powder or gummies?
Forthday combines creatine monohydrate with a creamy pumpkin-seed base, raw honey and real vanilla bean. You get a ready-to-enjoy serving with roasted flavor and naturally occurring seed nutrients, without measuring or mixing. Choose the format you’ll enjoy taking consistently.
Why creatine monohydrate?
It’s the most extensively studied form of creatine. We chose it for that substantial research history and paired it with ingredients that make the daily experience more enjoyable.
When should I take it?
Pick a regular moment that fits your day. Creatine works by building your body’s creatine stores over time, so a consistent daily routine matters more than a perfect minute on the clock. Follow the finished label directions.
Where does the sweetness come from?
Raw honey provides the sweetness, with real vanilla bean for a warm finish. Honey contributes sugar; the complete Supplement Facts will show the amount per serving before orders open.
What will you share before launch?

A little science. A clear purpose.
For the routine you keep.
Creatine helps replenish ATP—the energy your cells use. Pumpkin seeds bring naturally occurring magnesium, a mineral involved in normal muscle and nerve function.*
A growing field of research.
Scientists are studying creatine’s role in memory, thinking and healthy aging. Findings depend on the population, dose and task; this is research on the ingredient, not a clinical trial of Forthday.
